A mechanical engineer by qualification, having industry experience since Aug 2013. Have worked with several roles with experience of three different organizations that too in automobile and energy sector. I started my career with Apollo Tyres Ltd, Vadodara facility, worked in quality assurance function. Hero MotoCorp Ltd, the largest 2-wheeler manufacturer of world, was my 2nd organization wherein working as process manager in Business Excellence function developed my skills in world class excellence practices. Functionally responsible for implementation & deployment of integrated management system and TPM as a practice, including sustainablity initiatives viz. GreenCO, IGBC green building, ZWL, Energy Management. Also, in additional role being a part of Operations Head\'s office handled works admin activities including policy deployment, risk management, Operation cost monitoring, Improvement, Plant data monitoring & analysis supported by various audits Currently working with Adani Green Energy ltd, a fastest growing & largest renewable energy generation company as Business Excellence Lead. Handling Excellence practices such as IMS, Six Sigma, QC, Improvements & Enterprise Risk Management.
