   As an active member of AMEX - Global Real Estate and Workplace Experience Team - I am responsibility for delivery of Hospitality services that directly interface with employees and visitors on American Express premises across all over India including all aspects of Work place Experience/Hospitality and Food & Beverage. India is one of the largest regions for American Express with over colleagues and contractors, accounting for over 30% of the global colleague population. Amex operates 9 sites in India with large offices in Gurgaon and Bangalore. Many of these facilities support multiple critical global functions operating on a 24x7 basis.Partnering closely with stakeholders in Colleague Experience Group (HR), Technology, and Global Security, as well as rely extensively on our network of vendor partners to deliver a safe, productive and desirable work environment.This position leads a team of hospitality professionals and is responsible for creating a regional roadmap to deliver experiences and spaces that position Amex as the Workplace of Choice in India. This role oversees comprehensive vendor-delivered services including:• Food & Drink (these include dining services such as food outlets and markets, catering, vending, and pantry services including coffee programs, and a snack program)• Fitness & Wellbeing in partnership with the Amex Healthy Living Team• Meeting & Events Services and Spaces that make collaboration experiences highly productive.• Reception Services and Spaces that foster the warmest of welcomes.• Colleague Community Support across the Amex Flex working model (Onsite, Hybrid, Virtual)• Lifestyle Amenities that create unique or practical benefits to being in the office• Digital tools to create a frictionless experience for colleagues.
