About Sumit Choudhary

Assistant Professor, Department of Electronics Engineering, Gurugram University. Senior Member Ph.D. from the Indian Institute of Technology, Mandi with a prestigious Visvesvaraya Ph.D. fellowship, where I conducted cutting-edge research on semiconductor device fabrication and nanofabrication. I have been part of the DST-DAAD project (IIT Mandi and the University of Stuttgart, Germany) during the Research. I have a strong background in device physics, thin film deposition, device modelling, and strong hands-on advance fabrication technology including advance lithography. I have published multiple Indian Intellectual propriety rights and papers in prestigious journals such as Transactions, Wiley Small, Actuators and Sensors, Wiley Advance Electronic Materials, Sensors and Actuators, ACS Applied Nano Materials, Solar Energy. Showcased research findings at international levels such as ISSM Japan, EDTM, SPIE.I have optimized the process flow for Germanium on Silicon 14 nm technology node FinFET device fabrication using electron beam lithography, sputtering, atomic layer deposition, and dry etching. I have over 5 years of hands-on experience in operating and maintaining class 100 cleanrooms and various fabrication tools and techniques. My goal is to contribute to advancing semiconductor technology and its applications in information and communication systems.
