Invoicing: Collation of delivery volumes’ data and sharing with the finance department for timely invoicing. Management of Compliance with the Company Standard Operating Procedures and regulatory requirements. Preparation/support in preparation of compliance reports and other management dashboards. Monitoring the work progress, ensuring timely delivery, investigation & resolution of queries, participating in internal and external status meetings, updating project progress to the stakeholders. Resourcing and hiring as per project requirements (as applicable). Trains and mentors new employees in PVG (as required). Assigning/reassigning tasks to reporting staff. Maintain awareness of changes to/new regulations affecting pharmacovigilance activities. Communicate new or changed regulations to management and to relevant members of the department to initiate any change in processes. Generation and Execution of company standard operating procedures (SOPs) and Work instructions (WI). Liaise effectively and maintain an excellent relationship with the clients and internal/external contacts. To contact, as required, the UK/US office(s) and customers/clients to achieve the required outcomes and meet timelines. To carry out the necessary administrative duties required for the job.Builds and maintains good relationships across functional units and company affiliates. Other duties assigned by management.
