I’ve spent most of my life around performance; cars, teams, people; all trying to move faster and do better. But somewhere along the way, I realised we track everything except ourselves.I’ve been in the automotive space for over a decade now, running Honda and Kia dealerships. It’s been a ride, scaling operations, building teams, winning national awards, and learning what it really takes to keep a business running year after year. But I also saw how much that constant push can take out of people.You start chasing targets, solving problems, and before you know it, you’re running on empty. That’s when it hit me; we spend so much time measuring performance at work, but we rarely check how we’re doing inside.A few years ago, I was at GITEX Dubai, watching new tech reshape entire industries. And yet, no one seemed to be building something to help people manage their own performance. That’s when EvolWe started to take shape in my head.At EvolWe, we’re creating a smart wearable that helps you understand your energy, recovery, and stress, the same way you understand your business metrics. It’s for people who perform under pressure but don’t want to lose themselves to it.Even as I continue building EvolWe, my foundation remains rooted in the automotive space. Leading Honda and Kia dealerships across multiple cities has taught me what consistency really takes. Our Kia dealership has earned national recognition for Best Dealer and Highest Sales Growth, and I’m proud to serve on the National Kia Dealers Committee, that’ll help shape dealer growth across India.But performance, to me, has never been limited to business metrics. As a former U-19 State Cricketer and endurance athlete who has completed over 10 full and 20 half marathons, I’ve learned that success is less about speed and more about rhythm, recovery, and intent.That same belief guides my work beyond business, whether through organising Walk-O-Run, one of India’s largest health events, or serving as a National Board Member of Round Table India, helping build classrooms for government schools across the country.All these experiences, from boardrooms to finish lines, have shaped what EvolWe stands for today: a movement to redefine performance by helping people strengthen not just what they achieve, but how they sustain it.
