Robotic Process Automation | ConsultingResponsibilities:• Develop and refine strategies for successful Robotic Process Automation (RPA) implementation, ensuring alignment with business objectives.•Create key documentation, including Solution Design Documents (SDD), Process Design Documents (PDD), and Technical Design Documents (TDD), based on comprehensive business analysis and related materials.•Conduct thorough Technical Feasibility Testing (TFT) to assess process viability for automation and identify potential roadblocks.•Lead the creation of resource plans and detailed estimations to ensure successful project delivery within defined timelines.•Identify potential automation opportunities across various departments by studying business operations, understanding their pain points, and analyzing requirements.•Collaborate closely with functional owners and business stakeholders to understand current (as-is) processes and design optimized automation workflows (to-be).•Facilitate workshops with client Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gain an in-depth understanding of end-to-end processes, identify automation barriers, and assess the suitability of processes for automation.•Document RPA feasibility assessments and prepare Business Requirement Specifications, detailing all process steps, scenarios, and exception management protocols.•Develop precise estimates for automation build efforts and ensure resource allocation aligns with project scope.•Prepare comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Automation Design Documents (ADD) for processes identified for automation, ensuring clarity and completeness for all stakeholders.
