Accountable for Global region EMEA, APAC, USA, NORT AMERICA, SOUTH AMERICA, LATAM. Auditing and Quality check of processed PO creation/Amendment by team member. Preparing report of GST, TAX, VAT and With Holding Tax (WHT%) Team huddles daily basis within the team member in order to run the process smoothly. Preparing daily productivity report and forward to Client. Preparing and maintaining Process Control, Standard Quality. Presenting Dashboard data, Score Card for the users, Daily Production tracker, leave tracker, Reporting activity control, SOX control. Key responsible for preparation of annual procurement budget through consultation with stakeholders. Execution of supplier audits to support the development of an empanelled supplier list. Lead role in supplier relationship management monitoring supplier performance, volume leverage and management objective and ensure adherence to contractual commitments. Coordination with legal team to execute the contractual agreement with the suppliers. Compliance with internal policies, procedures, external governance, and regulatory requirements. Providing strategic and analytical support to underpin the role of delivering a commercial, cost-effective contract procuring process for the business. Identify cost reductions, efficiency opportunities and contribute to the achievement of efficiency targets including the development of KPI’S to track improvements of budget vs actual spend. Coaching and mentoring junior team members. Facilitating Internal and external audits of the entity. Internal and external Stakeholder management. Contribute to the continuous improvement of the processes within the Procurement & Vendor Master Data by identifying and implementing improvement opportunities.
