I think a key skill needed to be a top producer is the ability to read people and be able to adjust your presentation to fit the client. I seem to have been blessed with a bit of natural talent when it came to that. I honed my skills over the course of 20 years in electronics retail sales. I never failed to surpass my goals. It was almost 3 years ago that I transitioned into becoming a Realtor and New Home Sales Consultant which is my calling. In this field I’ve been able to put my sales skills to work, helping families get their dream home, offering guidance. I really enjoy being part of a team! I take a great deal of pride in my sales track record (in 2019 as a teams Jr. Sales rep $11.9 million, and just over $9 million, as Senior Sales rep, I have also earned a great reputation for providing top customer service. A significant part of my business has been from the Realtor relationships that I have established in a short period of time and Social media marketing strategies.
