Last moment resolution to clients while in emergency cases also end to end resolution with airport authorities of respective airlines. • Customer support through direct client mails, providing updates and confirmation of travels dates and any ammendment required in flight bookings/reservations.• Rebooking reservation with lower fares, issuance of new tickets and pricing with airline waivers, results to optimized savings for corporate clients according to the individual booking policies and fare rules.• Training advisors in process: FLYR PRE TICKET OPTIMIZATION. Analysed and rectified errors. Quality check on each individual reservation and shared feedbacks to advisors.• Attending conference US client calls for updates and information to be followed accordingly for process improvements.
