Hi! I am an Engineer and MBA with over 4 years of work experience spread across energy & petrochemical business development, strategic sourcing, spend analytics, integrated logistics, supply chain management and tech consulting. I have worked with Oil & Gas industry with Indian Oil and managed domestic business development & global strategic sourcing of chemicals, catalysts, equipment and services for production of petrochemicals. I helped in growing demand of Paradip refinery\'s petrochem products in southern and eastern India and replaced intake of several import grades across key clienteles. I have worked in Hinduja Renewable CEO\'s Office as a strategy associate on sustainability and renewable projects and developed strategy roadmap to venture into Green Hydrogen production by engaging with potential partners, in-depth study of regulations and different value chain segments to map with their expertise, various revenue streams and long term storage options for the renewable energy, sourcing equipment and BOP to kick start production and estimating total cost and ROI through financial modelling. With DTDC Express Ltd, I was working in CEO\'s Office and managed channel strategy, sales, digital transformation projects which enabled channel partners to improve SLAs and reduce lead time across first & last mile operations. I am currently working in a startup and managing major Australian client to improve their business operations by implementing ERP and CRM solutions across processes and enabling data driven decision making by developing dashboards, KPIs and other success metrics.
