ABOUT SUMEDHA SAHA

As a Recruitment Specialist at People Power, I have been involved in sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates for various roles in the company. I have also conducted interview skills training for the hiring managers and the candidates, and provided feedback and support throughout the recruitment process.I have a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting and Finance from J.D. Birla Institute, where I learned the fundamentals of financial management, taxation, auditing, and accounting. I also developed my analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, which have helped me in my recruiting career.I am passionate about finding and connecting talented people with the right opportunities, and I enjoy working with diverse and dynamic teams. I am always eager to learn new skills and tools, and I strive to deliver high-quality results and customer satisfaction. My goal is to grow as a recruiter and a leader, and to contribute to the success of People Power and its clients.
