About Sumedha Dan
I joined the e-learning industry around 8 years ago as an Instructional Designer. My interest in curriculum design and finding creative solutions to learning problems is what has brought me this far.Currently working as a senior instructional designer, my daily responsibilities include- Analysing input content for possible gaps or queries- Drafting the instructional design approach- Providing effort estimations- Designing curriculums- Scripting storyboards- Communicating with clients to understand requirements and gather feedback- Supporting junior IDs with task prioritisation, storyboard reviews and feedback comprehension- Co-ordinating between different functions to ensure timely deliveries to the clientApart from developing standard e-learning, I\'ve also worked on scripts for animation videos and storyboards for story-based as well as scenario-based learning.
