   Citrix Virtual Apps Desktops (CVAD)- Engineering Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD) is the flagship product that has enabled remote work by delivering Web & SaaS Apps, Windows Server Apps & Desktops, Virtual Desktops (Window 10), Linux Apps & Desktops, and Remote PC from any Cloud – Public, On-Premises or Hybrid. Responsibilities- • Responsible in designing, developing and implementing infrastructure-as-code changes for Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops services using terraform. • Took primary ownership from SRE team for expansion of DaaS services in EU GCP control plane. Developed/Improved teamcity pipelines for Hub and Control plane infrastructure deployments. • Participated in disaster recovery drills and helped team to minimize RTO and RPOs. • Development and maintenance of Powershell & Bash scripts and collaboration with Product Engineering to reduce toil and improve service reliability. • Worked on baking CVAD base images for Azure, AWS and GCP using Terraform and TeamCity. • Designed and developed CI/CD pipelines for Citrix Commercial and Gov environments. Collaborated with Cloud Governance team to make sure the automaton developed is FedRAMP compliant. • Performed continuous monitoring on CVAD services, independently worked on vulnerability scans and remediated vulnerabilities found in scans such as OWASP, DATP, Nessus, Qualys, MMA. • Participated in different audits - PCI, SOC2, FedRAMP, IRAP • Followed SRE best practices, techniques, and tools to develop and deliver SLAs\\SLOs metrics for CVAD services. • Participated in 24/7 on-call rotation and helped mitigating critical issues, performed root cause/postmortem analysis Technology: Azure (Azure functions,Key-Vault, Log Analytics Workspace, FIM, Active Directory, Domain Orchestrators, Domain Controllers, VNET, Azure Storage, SQL), AWS(Elastic Beanstalk, Secret Manager, AutoScaling, EC2, Route53, Image Builder), GCP, Terraform, Teamcity, Python, Json, PowerShell, Git, Splunk, PagerDuty, Swagger
