I am working as a Senior Talent Acquisition to source, attract, and hire top talent for various roles and functions across the organization. I collaborate with hiring managers and POC to understand their needs Thanks to our efforts, I have filled multiple positions at different levels, from entry-level to senior management, using various sourcing channels and tools, such as LinkedIn, indeed, Naukri, and Boolean search. I have 4.5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, working with service-based company with big 4 clients as well as internal projects. I earned an Excel with LinkedIn Recruiter Assessment, Naukri Maestro demonstrating my expertise and proficiency in this domain. I also hold an MBA in HR & IT from AKTU, where I learned the best practices and principles of HR. Additionally, I have a background in Technical, which gives me an edge in understanding the technical and creative aspects of the roles I recruit for. I am passionate about finding and connecting with the best talent in the market, and helping them achieve their career goals and aspirations. I am also motivated by learning new skills and technologies, and staying updated with the latest trends and developments in the recruitment industry.
