About Sumay Gupta
I’m a development sector professional and former management consultant with 11+ years of experience at the intersection of strategy and social impact. I began my career advising financial services clients at Towers Watson and Deloitte. Over time, my desire to create more direct societal impact led me to transition into the social sector. Since then, I’ve taken on leadership roles across public health (The Antara Foundation), education (Teach For India), and social impact consulting (BCG) in India.My work spans strategy and operations across functions, including team leadership and senior stakeholder engagement. I bring strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, along with meaningful on-ground experience in India’s development landscape.
