   Working as a vendor (Contract V-) employee in Microsoft from LTIMindtree. Currently working in an internal micro component of Azure storage platform specific to adls gen1 to gen2 migration platform.*Part of Cosmos frontend team (offshore) which focuses on the frontend/UI layer of Microsoft Cosmos(Microsoft Cosmos is a distributed database system used internally by Microsoft to manage massive volumes of data across different services like Azure, Office 365, Xbox, LinkedIn, and other Microsoft products). Our team is responsible for deploying updates, features, and fixes to the frontend layer.We use various other monitoring tools (internal dashboards, telemetry logs) to detect issues like latency, auth failures or crashes, frontend API failures, cosmos job failures, etc and proactively triage/escalate incidents to ensure service availability using ITIL workflow(on-call rotation)*I helped our clients migrate their cosmos authorization model to Azure Entra ID along with migrating their datasets from ADLS Gen1 to ADLS Gen2 platform.*previously part of Azure xStorage(backend storage infrastructure of Azure) deployment Ops team, performing software upgrades on storage specific clusters using various internal production tools. We oversee deployment incidents for sovereign clouds, worked on automating incident handling, recover nodes for production clusters, also identify, troubleshoot, escalate and mitigate azure storage deployment related issues.
