Worked with 34 diverse organisations, hiring for roles needing young field guys to the MDs in corner offices! Most exciting was recruiting for 6 out of 7 super-car brands you would see in Bollywood!Just when I was enjoying half-a-dozen awards and 2 promotions in four years, the \"my-own-startup\" bug bit me.2015.Founded fuereer.com (glad I did) a peer-to-peer referral hiring startup for the consumer sector. Boy, what an adventure it was! Designing an awesome referral hiring model, convincing CHROs of Cr brands (yes, our model found customers there), building a team, motivating them and myself while failing many times, advertising, accounting and filing GST returns myself (beat that!). Often, all of those on a single day. 4 years and I had managed P&L, honed leadership skills & done a practical MBA!Some traits that best describe me: risk-taker, highly resilient, innovative, optimistic-yet-practical and ambitious.I pride myself on having unflinching values in hiring ethics, gender equality and a secular India.
