ABOUT SUMANTH BEVARA

I am an enthusiastic and motivated project management professional with over five years of experience currently pursuing an MSc. Business Analytics at Aston University. Alongside the course, I volunteer as Head of Technology for two major societies in the university. My professional experience in Project/Operations Management spans the entire lifecycle of a project, including Capex (Supply & Implementation), Go-Live, and Opex (Maintenance). The activities primarily involved SCM & Inventory (Handling Logistics & Store Management), Procedural activities (Risk & Opportunity Analysis, Change Management, and Management Information System (MIS)(preparing Annual, Monthly & Weekly reports) to keeping the KPIs & SLAs of the project on track.As I became more interested in analytics, I decided to do a master\'s which has nurtured practical knowledge on using statistical and analytical techniques within me to compensate for my experience for data-driven outputs. Also, it helped in gaining various visualization, and programming skills in a variety of languages (R, Python, SAS, SPSS Modeler, Tableau & Powe BI) which are essential for managing a project with data-driven insights.My volunteer work as a Head of Technology in TEDx & Enactus allowed me to explore my interests and enhanced my team building & leadership skills.
