Serving as the sole Power BI Developer for a state-level Election Board, I manage end-to-end reporting solutions using Power BI, Power BI Report Builder, SQL Server, and Azure services. Successfully led the migration of 415 legacy Crystal Reports to Power BI Report Builder, carefully analyzing embedded formulas, conditional logic, and subreports to recreate them accurately in the new reporting format. This involved translating complex expressions into Power BI expressions (DAX/RDL) and aligning visual and printable outputs to match compliance standards. Built paginated reports integrated into election websites, combining XML data via.NET APIs and SQL Server queries to deliver public forms, summaries, and printable election documents.
