   Single threaded leader on behalf of Amazon Pay to launch Amazon’s Buy with Prime program in May 2022 for expanded shopping benefits for millions of US-based prime member and unlocking a new way for small and medium-sized businesses to build their online presence and brand loyalty while offering conversion-driving benefits like fast, free shipping and hassle free returns. • Currently playing the role of a servant leader for a team of 50+ SDEs and SDMs for a multi-year charter with Payment and Commerce Service Providers for acceptance of card and non-card based (such as Buy Now Pay Later, Gift cards) payment methods world-wide for customers shopping on off-Amazon merchants sites. • Spearheaded planning and delivery oversight for 15+ technology programs in Amazon Pay that influences a breadth of 200+ cross functional people and cover a wide range of customer facing capabilities – registration and onboarding, checkout, backend workflows, reporting, post order experience on web, mobile, Alexa® and Fire® devices. • Improved purchase conversion and a financial lift of 9bps by launching multiple programs across 16 marketplaces worldwide that a) provides Amazon customers a simple and consistent shopping experience through (Prime) badging and messaging, determination of customer delivery benefit eligibility, delivery options, delivery price on Amazon’s retail website or mobile app and b) enables the customer to select the cheapest-fastest offer for the item he/she searches. • Architected, designed, executed experiments and launched innovative technology solutions that affect >50K associates who support Amazon’s complex logistic network of ~2500 sites worldwide (in NA, EU, JP and IN) and track (annually) 0.5M transportation assets that are used for freight movement to meet customer orders. • Reduced $9.9M in annual costs and saved 64K person-hours through streamlining and standardizing yard and gate operations at Amazon fulfilment centers.
