   Windows Device Testing, Build validation testing, Regression testing, Windows Experience Validation Performed daily validation of Windows 10/11 builds on Microsoft Surface and DUTs (Devices Under Test), including installation, upgrade, and regression scenarios. Conducted bare-metal OS recovery, driver installation, and updates for candidate Windows builds; identified system-level bugs and performance regressions. Developed and executed manual and scripted test cases using PowerShell and CMD to validate Windows features, peripherals, and UI/UX components. Logged bugs, tracked root cause, and collaborated with engineering and development teams via Azure DevOps (ADO) for defect resolution and triage. Analysed Windows Event Logs, debug logs, and system crashes to isolate issues related to device performance, system sleep states, and failed processes. Created and maintained test documentation including test plans, procedures, bug reports, and weekly validation summaries. Actively participated in cross-time-zone collaboration (IST/PST) for build sign-off meetings and test planning. Demonstrated strong problem-solving and debugging skills by addressing issues proactively, investigating \"yellow bang\" driver errors, and using tools like Device Manager, Task Manager, and System Internals.
