Having a 12 years experience of document controlling / project information management in offshore oil & gas projects, I have earned a lot of experiences in my field. Monitoring the distribution of documents and cataloging / controlling the receipt of documents from Client/Sub-contractors. Update document/drawing control data base system using corporate package. Senior Data and Document Controller for Shell QGC Australia.The position is responsible for Project Information Management function and thus to the success of the Capital Projects and technical integrity of the operating Assets by working with a broad spectrum of stakeholders, implementing and improving global IM standards and identifying innovative Information Management solutions.Role: Senior Data and Document Controller Direct Coordination with QGC Data leads and Plant engineer for Data Validation, Tag creation, Attribute verification, Data Loading, Data Cleansing Activities. Sole Responsible for Creation of Upstream and Midstream Tags for the QGC Australia Identification and classification of New Tags Creation of Tag to Document relation, Tag to Tag Association (Parent Child Relationship) in EDW eB ALIM. Engineering Attribute extraction from documents/drawings such as P & IDs, PSV datasheets, Piping Schedule, wiring diagram, Cable Schedule from all 19 FCS facility of QGC Australia Project. Extracting and publishing weekly reports for Data Management. Preparation of IM Assessment Report, Gap Analysis Report, Data enrichment report by performing spot check of latest sample P & IDs and comparing with the data available in EDW. Review and prepare completeness report of information availability in system against various tag types. Capturing Document Metadata from various Engineering Documents. Quality control and Validation for various executions.
