KPMG India: Conducted impactful programs on Living the KPMG Values, promoting value-based leadership and performance across the organization. Sports Authority of India (SAI), NIS Patiala: Led a ‘Coach the Coach’ program for 700 sports coaches, promoting leadership and skill development in India’s sporting ecosystem. Coaching and Mentoring: Over 500 hours of coaching and mentoring engagements, positively impacting the lives of more than corporate professionals through my career.
