Responsible for Quality Assurance activities for medium voltage vacuum circuit breakers ( Upto 36 kV)· Monitor processes and drive corrective and preventive actions.· Plan and perform quality audits / process audits / product audits / reliability tests.· Capture non conformances (NCR) occurring during manufacturing processes, identify root causes & make corrective actions.· Collaborate with CFT (SQA, SCM Operations, purchase) for new supplier development.· Support supply chain management (SCM) for localizations of parts.· Report and monitor Quality KPIs.· Monitor customer complaints process, provide resolution, manage customer complaints & KPIs.· Ensure proper documentation and standardization of procedures.· Prepare root cause analysis for quality issues.· Carry out customer inspections for domestic and Export customers.(Factory acceptance test)· Support channel partners for issue resolution, provide product trainings to customers.· Support suppliers for developments of parts/ Improve their process for defect free parts.· Utilize quality tools to minimize In process NCRs & customer complaints.· Implement digitalization for operation & quality excellence.· Monitor & ensure timely calibration of tools, Equipments.
