Pre and Post silicon validation for 32-bit microcontroller (SOC validation) for automotive. Validating microcontrollers from different vendors like Tri-Core architecture from Infineon, Power PC from ST, U2B RH850 from Renesas, S32z from NXP Field failure analysis, reproduction of bug (failure condition) in lab environment andproposing software work around. Developing validation plan and test software for individual modules. Experience in post silicon debugging using JTAG interface, failure analysis and discussionwith suppliers like Infineon and ST. Experience in verification of the test cases for individual modules on synopsis simulatorfor microcontroller verification task front loading.
