Performs full life cycle recruiting responsibilities which include: sourcing,screening, interviewing, evaluating and hiring potential candidates for entry-level and professional positions.Partners with hiring managers to identify position requirements and develops/deploys tailored recruitment strategies.Identifies appropriate sourcing tools/techniques to meet recruitment needs (e.g. social media, advertising, direct contact, employee referrals, employment agencies, and job fairs).Develops pipeline of talent for frequently filled, ongoing openings.Screens/interviews candidates for pay requirements, skills, experience and fit within the company.Effectively evaluates candidate background/experience, education, skills and fit with the company against job requirements.Recommends candidates to hiring managers based on criteria used in the evaluation process.Maintains relationships with external recruitment vendors and web recruiting firms- Evaluate candidates strengths compared with clients requirements by, for example, evaluating, screening, and interviewing the candidate- Complete necessary pre-employment processes including reference checks and background/drug tests- Manage contract employees while on assignment. Assess and investigate contractor related problems, and administer performance counseling, coaching, and disciplinary measures when necessary- Work with Account Managers to identify top accounts, target skill sets, key market segments, and to assess clients staffing requirements- Communicate effectively with others in order to create a productive and diverse environment- Communicate with peers by sharing recruiting best practices and providing accurate, thorough documentation on contract employees in applicant tracking systems or other documentation tools- Maintain relationships with industry contacts to provide customer service, gain industry knowledge, and get referrals and sales leads.
