Responsible for the tactical and strategic review of Global Trade flows to identify global risks and opportunities for the Business Lines in the whole region and from a global view together with counterparts.• Review & Assist with the Harmonized Tariff Standard (HTS) classification, Cross Country HTS mapping and Export Control Classification Number (ECCN), Partnering Government Agencies (PGA), International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) classification of products, COO (Country of Origin Determinations), Denied party screening (DPS)• IS Trade compliance (Software/Hardware migration checks, Vendor risk assessment, etc.) based on the technical specification, applicable countries, and end user info. To mitigate the risk of misclassification of IT applications and projects and illegal export of controlled intangible items• R&D Trade compliance (Product and technology classification, Trade checks in the R&D gate models) in order to mitigate the risk of non-compliant access to export-controlled technology, miss classifications etc.• Gathering and preparing monthly, quarterly and yearly analysis of KPIs, Issues, Trade Review, SFDB data, Risk Review and GTS block reports for the CTCOs, RTMs, and various stakeholders to understand the data-analysis steps and enabling them to take important decisions based on data facts and trends.
