Ø Prime responsibility is to take care of the entire Sales and Marketing aspects of Resort, Banquets and Water Park. Ø Handling Corporate accounts, Event house, Schools Colleges, Travel Agent, Event Organizer, Production House etc where there is scope for business. Ø Maintaining DSR, daily reports, tracking BTC and catalyst pendency, daily team meeting, query tracker, maintaining P&L and various reports. Ø Also handling and maintaining Business on Books, Preparation of Event wise budget, checking Sales Report, Checking Cold Call reports, Follow up with the client for advance, Checking Functional Prospectus for Event. Checking and updating Enquiry Sheet, checking and replying Day to Day report, preparing sales comparison report with last year, do every day team meeting. Ø Presentation of the performance graphs and reports to the central/HO weekly. Weekly achievement reports to the regional team members as well as to the central team. Follow up with the queries, pendency, problems, escalations and many more.Ø Handling of Corporate Events, Social events, Wedding and Celebration events, Musical Concert and Events.Ø Drive business development and lead generation to acquire new customer and grow accounts in my zone through corporate and enterprise sales.Ø Drive branding activities both operationally and strategically in different tech parks, campus and corporate.Ø Branding, posters, Radio jingles, Hoarding, banners and Social Media Blogging are some of the Marketing segment handling by me. Ø Achieve key metrics related to input activities, conversion and revenue consistency.Ø Budgeting and making P&L of any event and achieving targets and judicious allocation of manpower during events and managing, co-ordinating and aligning Operational, FNB, House Keeping, Reception, Kitchen and Security Dept during every event.Ø Currently handling a team of 4 members who are directly reporting to me.
