As a RPD Territory Manager at Bajaj Allianz Life, I recruit and train partners and insurance consultants to sell life insurance products and services. I also manage and monitor their performance and provide them with guidance and support, thanks to my effective communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. I am also a Bachelor of Commerce student at Brainware University, majoring in Banking and Finance. I have a keen interest in the e-commerce industry and how it can leverage data analysis and user journey redesign to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
