With an overall 15+ years of experience as a Military Officer who has now transitioned into a Corporate Technocrat, I am adept at bridging Business vision and Technical execution in Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, and Ambiguous (VUCA) environments, with a proven track record of managing complex product backlogs, eliciting requirements into actionable user stories, and facilitating PI Planning and sprint ceremonies in my current role at a leading Global financial Institution. I have led and managed diverse teams and complex projects in IT infrastructure, secure VoIP communications networks, and Managing Critical Operations. As the Commanding Officer of a military unit at a forward base in the North Eastern region, I was responsible for the administration of more than 150 personnel, overseeing day-to-day operations, and ensuring their end-to-end Performance Management. As a Technical Project Manager in one of my stints, I have successfully managed multiple IT and communication projects worth over INR 100 crores, such as IAF 3G WCDMA, e-Maintenance Management Solutions, IAF e-Office, and Network for Spectrum(NFS) project, while also operationalizing communication network architecture for multiple Indian Air Force bases. I have also procured and managed the Supply chain of IT, networking, and communication infrastructure worth INR 2-3 crores annually for a decade, using the Government e-Marketplace (GeM), a Govt Procure to Pay(P2P) platform. I am passionate about delivering excellence, innovation, and efficiency in my work, and I thrive in challenging and dynamic environments.
