With a career grounded in excellence, I exemplify the role of a community-minded leader- melding my retail banking responsibilities at Webster with a staunch, long-term volunteer commitment in literacy, youth financial education, and civic leadership. I have aligned my work with Webster’s commitment to financial empowerment and community involvement in fostering long lasting, effective relationships in the diverse communities that we serve in. I oversee the branch performance, the colleagues, the customers, the community and the need to cater to ever shifting demographic, while maintaining a strategic perspective and balance for immediate results with the organization’s vision of the future. Prior to working in the banking industry, I worked as a Biochemical Analyst in India.
