ABOUT SUMAIYAH NAUSHEEN

Hi, I\'m an IIBA certified Business Analyst and a Change Practitioner passionate about problem-solving through leveraging data. I am interested in questions about the environment, sustainability, social impact, and climate change. I am highly motivated by digging into data. Give me a spreadsheet and questions, and I\'m eager to figure out what\'s driving the numbers and develop data-driven solutions which are both equitable and beneficial for the environment. I value authentic human connection, creative problem solving, collaboration, and constructive feedback. My greatest joy and satisfaction come from helping individuals by generating genuine value and making a real difference in their lives. I have held various positions in analytics, marketing, strategy, people management, and business development throughout my career. Through these experiences, I have had the opportunity to work with the most incredible people from diverse cultures and backgrounds. In my previous role as a Marketing Analyst Intern, I used my analytical, statistical, and marketing knowledge to deliver valuable results for the company.
