As Us Recruitment specialist I am dealing with Strategy and Program Management develop and execute a comprehensive annual campus recruiting strategy, including target schools, diversity initiatives, event planning, and budget management. Manage all aspects of the company’s internship program, including onboarding, performance reviews, development activities, and conversion offers.Collaborate with business leaders and HR partners to understand talent needs and translate those into targeted university recruiting efforts. Track and analyze key recruiting metrics (e.g, source of hire, offer acceptance rate, diversity goals) to measure program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. Campus Engagement and Sourcing: Establish and maintain strong, credible relationships with career services, faculty, university administrators, and student organizations at core target schools. Plan, coordinate, and execute a calendar of on-campus and virtual recruiting events, such as career fairs, information sessions, tech talks, and hackathons. Act as a brand ambassador, clearly articulating the company\'s value proposition, culture, and career opportunities to diverse student populations. Proactively source and screen candidates using a variety of campus-focused tools and channels. Recruitment and Selection manage the end-to-end recruitment process for interns and recent graduates, including scheduling interviews, coordinating assessment days, and extending offers.Train and manage employee volunteers, interviewers, and \"campus champions\" who participate in campus events. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruiting lifecycle, maintaining timely and transparent communication. Ensure compliance with all employment laws and company policies related to university recruiting.
