As a seasoned digital transformation expert with over 10 years of experience in renewables, I have a proven track record of driving product vision and defining energy-agnostic product suites. I have digitized over 26GW of assets globally, bringing deep domain knowledge of renewable fleet operations. Additionally, I am a responsible product strategist who considers customer priorities, competitive landscape, and business objectives to deliver successful outcomes. I have expertly curated and managed customer councils/focus groups to capture customer voice and ensure product market relevance, resulting in increased customer satisfaction and retention. With over 12 years of experience in customer advocacy, I have built and managed a Global Customer Relationship Management organization that drove customer engagement and product market strategies. My global, diverse team spread across India, Spain, and the USA managed over 240 customers across 46 countries worldwide, including IPPs/Utilities and OEMs and was responsible for customer onboarding, training, contract management and compliance, upsell, customer success, and customer satisfaction.
