Floating Systems Engineer-bp- Gulf of America (GoA) Region - All 5 Assets• Interface with GoA Business Units to manage structural integrity of all five floating production platforms (Semi-Submersibles and Spar Platforms)• Drive development and execution of inspection workpacks for UWILD (Under Water Inspection In-lieu of Dry docking) and topside scopes in line with USCG, BSEE, and bp standards.• Perform RBI-based risk assessments for structural anomalies; document findings and recommendations in Bentley APM–IDMS.• Prioritize inspection scopes using risk ranking and engineering judgment, optimizing inspection campaigns and mitigating operational risks.• Involved in anomaly review meetings & pre-job briefings with inspection vendors and asset owners to align on critical actions.• Implement enhancements in APM–IDMS and AA & T tools to improve forecast accuracy, data quality, and execution reliability.• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams (pressure systems, instrumentation, corrosion, process) for pipe support and anomaly resolution.• Act as key liaison between business units and execution teams, ensuring timely resolution of anomalies and repair strategy alignment.
