ABOUT SERPIL ERDÖNMEZ
I’m a UX & Service Designer with a PhD in Design, passionate about transforming healthcare experiences through human-centered design. My journey has taken me from Turkey to Italy, collaborating across cultures and disciplines to create solutions that empower patients and improve well-being.Over the past 5+ years, I’ve combined design research, strategy, and UX practice to tackle complex healthcare challenges. Highlights include conducting cross-country studies with patient organizations, leading workshops with healthcare providers, and collaborating with agencies and startups to translate insights into impactful digital and service solutions.Today, I help organizations bridge research and implementation - turning qualitative and quantitative insights into actionable strategies and intuitive experiences. I’m especially motivated by projects in healthcare innovation, patient empowerment, and service ecosystems.
