   Recruitment of qualified individuals for current opportunities for small to large size clients in various areas including the commercial sector including Utilities, Education, Retail, and Technology domain.• Proactive technical recruiting for technical opportunities for small to large clients using full lifecycle recruitment • Send Emails to clients directly through company email. • Obtain candidates, and clients\' Feedback regarding all Interviews so that appropriate steps could be taken to get candidates that are aligned with the requirements.• Identify potential candidates through different job boards like Dice, Monster, Career Builder, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other social media sources• Utilize established network to source candidates that are not part of job boards. • Work on a wide range of IT positions with clients like: Carlyle, Deloitte, GDIT, Albertsons, DLR, Towson University, Experis, Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, INOVA, Swift, NIH, CMS, Accenture Federal, Department of Energy, K12, CapitalOne, NRECA, Comcast and other clients • Perform all aspects of recruiting including sourcing, interviewing, qualification, and hiring of consultants having a diverse set of Information Technology experience and skills • Recruit developers, database architects, network administrators, network/system engineers, and IT Project Managers. • On a daily basis, validated candidates by doing technical phone screening and evaluations for the open positions and upcoming requirements. • Coordinated the phone and face-to-face interviews with our account managers • Attended multiple weekly meetings to discuss our clients’ needs and hot jobs for the week • Handled 10 to 15 requirements per week submitting 3 candidates per requirement • Averaged 50 to 60 requirements per month and that were divided amongst 4 other recruiters • Extended all offers to my candidates, while closing them on the salary and job responsibilities in every conversation prior
