Having worked in the Home Renovation Industry since 2011 I can say I know the process like the back of my hand. Every lender we work with provides new and innovative ways to keep projects moving forward with escrow funds. Each contractor I work with is a new opportunity to train someone on the process and recruit them for future customers to work with someone experienced and patient with the process as its not always an easy or timely road unless everyone finds us in the beginning of their Journey. While we appear to be just the paper pushers we are in fact much more, pivoting between borrowers, lenders, realtors, contractors, and HUD Consultants tending to the needs of everyone providing all the necessary information in a step by step process UPFRONT so there are no surprises! We have found so many inexperienced parties taking the wrong steps first only to hinder the closing once they come to us. Please ask questions especially if you are new to renovation loans.    I have partnered with some experts and started a new company with the same foundation as 203K Consulting Group, new name and new processes have rolled out. We are an Administration Office for HUD consultants all over the state of Texas we handle their paperwork from A to Z while they are the eyes and ears of each project they process. They are each a licensed TREK inspector. It is always a recommendation to have both a regular home inspection and a HUD inspection when utilizing the Standard 203K, Streamline 203B, or Conventional HomeStyle loans. We look forward to serving your renovation needs.
