I recently completed my Master’s degree in Counseling: Art Therapy at Adler University. After being in the technology industry for 6 years, I pivoted my career path after assessing my strengths and deciding to integrate my passion for the arts, mental health, and supporting others. I believe art and the creative process can be used to cultivate emotional expression, connection, and insight. I value a collaborative therapeutic relationship and humanistic therapeutic approaches, and as I continue on the journey of becoming a licensed practitioner I intend to provide and promote affirming and accepting arts-based mental health care.
