Prioritising Optimisation Activities: Responsible for optimisation initiative prioritization. Prioritizing the optimisation activities by $ value savings and ease of implementation. Circa $70m of savings implemented through various initiatives- Investigating other Cloud Cost Optimisation opportunities and responsible for obtaining sign off from stakeholder and implementing the opportunity- Managing the Approved Optimisations: Supporting the management of approved cloud optimisation initiatives identified- Tracking Adoption of Optimisations: Work with Business Units and Key Stakeholders to perform associated reporting and tracking of optimisation initiatives to drive adoption- Tracking the Accrued Benefits: Capture, track and report on accrued benefits of the approved optimisation initiatives- Optimisation for Mutli Cloud Service Providers e.g. AWS, Azure and GCP.
