Sukumar began his illustrious career in 1983 and has over 30 years of experience in corporate audit and taxation. His expertise spans diverse areas such as Multinational investment Corporate audit Taxation Transfer pricing Cross border transactions FDI/FEMA related requirements Advising and structuring agreements and contracts (including joint venture agreements, royalty technical & management services, ECB Agreements) Enabling entrepreneurs in business conceptualization, strategizing, structuring and managing businesses Facilitating Business finance with necessary Assisting in crisis management He was instrumental in shaping and building the firm which has expanded to over 70 employees and 500+ clients.
