About Sukriti Khurana

I work at the intersection of arts, behavioural change, and development, using creative and participatory approaches to support meaningful learning and dialogue. Over the past decade, I’ve collaborated with corporates, schools, universities, NGOs, and government institutions across India to design and facilitate programs on 21st-Century skills, life skills, gender sensitivity, and social-emotional learning. My work draws on theatre and arts-based methods to create spaces where learning is not just about information, but about engagement, expression, and change. My work includes: • Arts-based learning & Theatre-in-Education• Workshop & Curriculum Design• Social Emotional Learning (SEL)• Gender and behavioural change facilitation • Youth engagement and life skills• Capacity building and training of trainers I’ve worked with institutions such as Bihar Police, Lady Harding Medical College, Delhi University colleges, Shiv Nadar School, St. Xavier’s College, and various grassroots organisations across multiple states. Alongside facilitation, I bring experience in research on gender, land rights, and conflict, which informs a more contextual and grounded approach to my work. I’m always open to collaborations with people and organisations working thoughtfully in education and social impact.
