I have a Design Thinking certification from Stanford GSB Executive Education, which enables me to apply a human-centered and creative approach to problem-solving and product development.I have been recognized as the MVP of the year for 2021 and 2022, and won the companywide Innovation Challenge in 2022, for introducing features and solutions that not only address immediate challenges but also significantly contribute to revenue generation and customer satisfaction. Some of my notable achievements include designing and launching a new reporting application, introducing features for daily budget and credit card payment failures, and launching a ML-based metric for more accurate campaign performance measurement.
