Developed a Streamlit-based GenAI summarization application to overcome Vertex AI limitations by enabling ingestion of Excel, CSV, and JSON files; implemented multi-model orchestration across OpenAI GPT-4/o4-mini/o1 (Azure), Anthropic Claude Sonnet 3.7/4, and Google Gemini 2.5 Pro/Flash, with persistent storage in Google Cloud Storage (GCS) and automated email notifications.• Designed and deployed multiple production-ready AI agents using Google AI SDK and Snowflake Cortex. Built a prompt-optimization agent and a model-evaluation agent with configurable scoring rubrics; created an accuracy-checker agent for a market-analyst app to validate GenAI summaries against FactSet financial data; and implemented a semantic-view Q&A agent on Snowflake Cortex to answer user queries in natural language.• Engineered the end-to-end agent architecture by defining LLM prompt chains, retrieval logic, and scoring pipelines; exposing them through Python APIs and Streamlit UIs; and integrating persistent storage and scheduling on Google Cloud Platform (GCS, Cloud Functions) to enable reliable, scalable, and reusable agentic workflows.• Developed an automated LLM evaluation framework to benchmark emerging language models on a curated golden-prompt dataset, using semantic similarity, ROUGE-L, factual accuracy, and cosine similarity. Implemented the solution in Python leveraging scikit-learn, OpenAI evals, and Google Vertex GenerationConfig, enabling repeatable scoring and seamless annual refresh as older models are retired.
