About Sukirti Chatterjee
I am passionate about Digital System Design and Computer System Design and Architecture. I am particularly interested in the subjects of Processor Architecture, Compiler Design and Optimization, Operating Systems.My interests lie in working on software for the semiconductor industry, by which I mean software stack targeted for specific hardware (Embedded Software/ Firmware) or software used for designing and simulating chips. Areas of - Hardware Modeling, Electronic Design Automation, Compiler Design and Optimization, Device Drivers to be specific are exciting to me.I have been working on design and development of software in the Compiler domain. I have experience of working on various Multimedia hardware accelerators. Out of personal interest, have designed and developed an infrastructure whose usage is similar to System C, which can be used to model and test hardware designs at various levels of abstraction.Simulated/Modeled MIPS 32-bit 5-stage pipelined processor using the same infrastructure (Functional-block level design)Previously have worked in Telecom Domain- Involved in development and maintenance of 4G NMS/EMS Software for Motorola- Was responsible for fixing issues and development of features across various modules.
