I am the Director of Academic Affairs at School Of Coding & AI Group with extensive experience leading institutional development, quality assurance, compliance, and international education strategy across FE, HE, alternative provision, and online delivery.Over the past two years, I have led complex, high-stakes projects including OFSTED registration, university partnerships, awarding body approvals, and international centre development. My work spans curriculum design, staff development, policy creation, inspection readiness, and the implementation of inclusive, high-quality learning frameworks that place students at the centre.Key highlights include:Leading an Alternative Education Provision through multiple inspections to achieve OFSTED approval.Establishing and supporting a University partnership, including institutional approval, academic policies, lecturer approval, training, lesson observations, staff reviews, staff apprasials and quality monitoring including standardisation and moderation.Designing and delivering large-scale lecturer training programmes covering pedagogy, assessment, safeguarding, AI in education, and blended learning. Securing approvals from ATHE, Pearson, NOCN, AIM, British Council (IELTS – provisional) and managing ongoing external quality assurance. Managing Erasmus+, Turing Scheme, and international projects focused on digital skills, AI, sustainability, and youth finance.Building academic calendars, timetables, and staffing models across growing cohorts while ensuring SEND needs, accessibility, and inclusion are prioritised. Most recently, I applied for and received approval from ATHE, enabling us to deliver Level 3–7 qualifications online as well as centre approval for our Dubai campus. This milestone allows students anywhere in the world to access flexible, high-quality education and represents a significant step in expanding our global digital learning provision.I am particularly passionate about:Inclusive education and widening participationQuality assurance and inspection readinessStaff development and leadership coachingInternational and online education deliveryBuilding sustainable pathways from alternative provision into higher educationI thrive in environments that require strategic thinking, calm leadership under pressure, and the ability to turn complex regulatory requirements into practical, high-impact solutions.
