I am an experienced lawyer with extensive experience of dealing with Serious Injury cases to include both domestic and international personal injury with particular experience in high value, complex cross border civil litigation and civil costs. Developed key links with experts within the field of, but not limited to, medical, health & hygiene, microbiology, respiratory illnesses and international lawyers. Adept at developing case management systems to suit both client and business needs. Highly experienced at drafting legal documents, leading on conferences, taking cases to trial, appeals and detailed assessments in relation to costs. I am a strong leader, an excellent trainer/mentor with vast supervision experience. A skilled mediator and strong negotiator in relation to damages and costs.
