Responsible for the asset management of Elephant Park’s retail, overseeing the external property management, creating and maintaining an annual business plan and quarterly forecasting; reducing non recoverables costs and identifying opportunities to add value. Building relationships with retailers and internal/external stakeholders including local authorities. Preparing board reports; managing external Property Managers and instructing L&T agents. Supporting the handover newly developed retail units from construction into asset management. Working closely with BTR, Public Realm, Marketing and Estate teams to for the overall benefit of the scheme.
