One of my unforgettable memories from school is the parent-teacher meeting in class 1, where my teacher told my parents,\"Sukhmani is definitely one of my most talkative; no matter where I move her in class, she communicates with everyone.\" Throughout my life, I have developed the art of being able to communicate with anyone at any given time.I am an enthusiastic and ambitious individual dedicated to meeting and exceeding expectations at every interaction. My job role has taught me to utilize this skill in different ways – from volunteering as a class speaker in school to studying internal and external communication. Also, in real life, it helped me understand the importance of time management and patience.Being a customer service representative takes a lot of work and effort (as every job does), but to communicate effectively with a customer, you have to study their mood and expectations from you. You have to be there for the customer to vent and for them to trust you with their concern. Once you master that art, you become the best CSA anyone could ever get.
