As a Senior Business Analyst, I was instrumental in the end-to-end design and implementation of a complex omini-channel customer onboarding and billing system replacement. Acting as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, I elicited and managed requirements within Azure DevOps—extensively leveraging AI tools to accelerate analysis productivity—and designed intricate, cross-functional swimlane processes using Lucidchart. The delivered solution provided a seamless self-service journey across web and mobile apps, integrating Salesforce CRM for onboarding and customer communications, Oracle Contract Management for automated agreement generation. I also agreed the payment orchestration workflows to securely process direct debits, card payments, and Pay-by-Bank open banking transactions via Stripe, ensuring accurate downstream financial reconciliation in Oracle Fusion Receivables. I worked within a very large programme of multiple business analysts, solutions architects, an enterprise architect and data architect, testers, integration partners and software suppliers. My business stakeholders represented Operations, Commercial and Finance.

I am a numerate, logical thinker and an excellent communicator; I have been lucky enough to have found my perfect vocation; hence I now have over 35 years of continual practice.My extensive knowledge of using a multiplicity of methods and structured techniques allows me to evaluate different approaches for any particular circumstance; this is pertinent in modern agile & informal developments. My most valued skill is producing abstract visual models to articulate business operations- capabilities, processes, data, systems and people.
